Whether in backoffice jobs, in existing stores or opening new ones, our priority is to offer a level of service that guarantees that our customers’ experience is enhanced at all times of contact with any of our brands.
Factory of Dreams – Training Academy – is the most transversal of all our projects and the basis of this action: it is aimed at all who work in the O Valor do Tempo Group, it is for all brands and for all jobs.
Located in Cascais, at the same time close to Lisbon and the Group’s headquarters but sufficiently distant for the good absorption of contents, this project was founded in a particularly difficult period, in the middle of the pandemic, reinforcing our courage and commitment to differentiation. Here, we share values, knowledge, tools, techniques, experiences and develop skills that allow us to train even better professionals so that the challenge of continuously exceeding our clients’ expectations can be fulfilled every day.
With a training room equipped with audiovisuals, rest and leisure areas, a meeting room and a space for practical training that simulates a store environment, the academy also has accommodation with capacity to host up to 20 people simultaneously so that our people can stay comfortably installed during training periods.
More than a training centre, Factory of Dreams reflects our essence, helping to reinforce our brands’ concepts and instigate everyone’s creativity and self-improvement.
