We like to believe that we work to change the world. Of the many ways we could do this, we have chosen fantasy to touch hearts, because fantasy has the power to connect people.
Once that connection is established, space opens up to celebrate the most serious and greatest of our assets: people. Over these years, our sustainable growth has only been possible because we are committed to a future that always puts them first.
We shine the spotlight on those at the origin of the value chain, fairly remunerating people so that they feel recognized and see that there is a future in their professions, many of which are ancestral and therefore even nobler. We have brought to the forefront the shepherds, fishermen, canners, goldsmiths, fillers, confectioners, artisanal brewers, bakers, and baristas, showcasing them on the stage that is our stores, exposing their names and stories to the world.
In the store, it is our people who tell these stories to our visitors, narrating them with the dignity they deserve. They are also the protagonists of our videos and photos: Rita, Gabriela, Estevão, Joana, Éder, Catarina, and many others, as well as our parents and children; we are involved like the big family we are. We like to provide our people with the conditions to feel motivated and happy working with us. The Dream Factory, our training academy located in Cascais, reflects our essence, reinforces the brand concepts, and stimulates creativity and overcoming challenges. It is there that we share values and knowledge and develop skills that allow us to train even better professionals so that the challenge of continuously exceeding the expectations of our visitors can be met every day.
In our spaces, we invest in experience and the creation of memories as a vehicle for historical richness to be affirmed. We love to provoke smiles and amazement! For those who visit us, the moment must be magical and exciting so that in the end, they appreciate the people and the fruit of their work as much as we do.
